As a general rule, we use the Swiss postal service for delivery. This does not apply to items which, due to their size and weight, must be shipped by a forwarding agent. In order to be able to place an order via a forwarding agent, a telephone number must be provided.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery by post, the package will be left at the post office for 7 days for collection. If you have an account with the postal service, you can also extend the collection period.

If you do not collect the package within the set period, it will be returned to us for a fee. We will contact you and discuss the next steps with you.

If you would like to cancel an individual item or the entire order, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to do this for you. Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item in question has not yet been prepared for dispatch.

We offer you a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the package if an item does not meet your expectations. Please note that we can only accept returns as new and in their undamaged original packaging.

 

Individual product categories such as food & beverages, made-to-measure products, hygiene items, underwear with the original packaging open and items that are associated with the conclusion of a contract are excluded from the right of return.

Please contact the nearest post office immediately. Damage to post packages must be reported by the customer within 8 days after delivery to the post office. If your damage report is justified, you will receive a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

If the damage to the delivery is reported outside this period, there is no right to compensation.

Is the product defective? Please send our customer service team photos and a brief description of the issue. We will then ask you to return your order to us so that we can review it with the manufacturer in question. We will do our best to exchange the item on warranty. If the review of the item shows that no warranty coverage applies in this case, we will inform you of the reasons for this.

Does the size of an ordered item not fit? Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange for a different size. However, we do offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your package. Please note that we can only accept returns for new products in their original packaging.

Our team regularly checks the market prices and changes before and during the offer period. However, prices in online trading change very quickly and we can never completely rule out changes. Generally, the delivery is carried out by the Swiss Post. Drinks in glass bottles are delivered by the Vinolog service of Swiss Post. Exceptions are products which, due to their size or weight, have to be shipped by a forwarding agent.

We do our best to offer you top offers and, during the offer period, we also guarantee the lowest price in online retail in Switzerland. For this reason, we work with minimal margin structures, which unfortunately does not make it possible for us to cover the shipping costs.
